Signer's Garden, Philadelphia, PA in COVID-19 lockdown

Signer's Garden, Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA. Friday, April 17, about 12:00 PM, during the COVID-19 lockdown. The attraction was closed and streets and sidewalks nearly empty. The statue is called, "The Signer," and commemorates all who were brave enough to sign their names to documents such as the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and so forth.
